SHAINE MATA – FOUNDER

Shaine has worked with technology and the Internet since 1999. He has worked in both the public and private sectors; and now he works with organizations and elected officials to establish and maintain their online presence in meaningful ways. Once set up, he coaches them on improving the value of their interactions.

Shaine is actively involved in social media and community building in South Texas. Amongst his favorite communities are bloggers, podcasters, and new media marketers. He assisted the San Antonio Podcaster and New Media Group in organizing the first Podcamp San Antonio, from where many other events branched out. JENNIFER NAVARRETE – FOUNDER

Jennifer has been a tech entrepreneur since 2001. She is the owner of MyLabelNet.com, an online business-to-business printing service. Every segment of business uses print media: from manufacturing companies and small business to sports teams and entrepreneurs.

Jennifer is also active in a number of social media communities. She has been instrumental in cultivating the Web 2.0 community in San Antonio. As the lead organizer of PodCamp, Startup Weekend and BarCamp in San Antonio, Jennifer brought the creative and tech class together increasing awareness and raising the level of exposure for the Alamo City. An early adopter, Jennifer has been podcasting since 2005. She is co-host of the popular Morning BrewCast and Tech in Twenty Internet radio/podcast shows.

Sean holds broad experience in most aspects of corporate marketing ranging from traditional advertising to online marketing and social networks. He has 6+ years of managing multi-million dollar budgets and leading teams of marketing professionals through various leveled campaigns. This experience comes while supporting multi-unit, customer focused retail outlets. Additional experience includes financial, tourism, service, retail, medical device and perishable industries.During this experience, Sean’s direct responsibilities included building and launching large scale websites, SEO/SEM management, affinity programs, online media, municipality advertising, outdoor advertising, directory advertising (online & traditional), branding to include uniforms and signage along with general advertising plus sales collateral fulfillment for 150+ location operation and sales team.

DONALD WILCOX – PARTNER

Donald has been developing sites since 2003, where he began adding backend development to his reportoire of skills. He professionally began developing in 2007, and has trained and developed several web applications and websites with an emphasis on improving web accessibility.

As a longtime resident of San Antonio, he also remains heavily involved in the technology and social media communities in San Antonio, and has participated in and organized “un”conferences in San Antonio, Houston, and Austin. He is highly dedicated to establishing San Antonio as a global city and influential to the creative, technical, and business classes.
